Team 254

Today started the Sacramento Regional, which the Cheesy Poofs are attending. They haven't posted a pic yet and someone must have seen them today.

Can someone please post a pic, or at least a description I am dying here!

I heard rumors

...outriggers similar to what team 60 showed in their pictures that deploy out onto the mesh and retract near the end of the match.

...and, beyond that, only that they had some sort of piston actuated mechanism to knock over stacks.

They have outriggers like 60's. Their drive train is 2 drill motors, using servos to switch the bosch transmission speed. They can lower a caster with a pneumatic. They also have a box moving / robot lifting mechanism which is like Wildstang's bridge manipulator from 2001 on a 1.5" bore actuator (this was deployed on in the last match of the event in an unsuccessful attempt to remove their opponent from scoring position on the plateau). They limbo... that's about it.

they are fast, strong and can stay on the ramp withough getting pushed around when they deploy their small wings. Though they lost at tthe finals because they did get pushed of the ramp!
