Shout out to Everybody!!!

Team 3659 has bagged our first competition ready robot in our 5 years!
I'd like to thank all of you wonderful people on Chief Delphi that helped get us through all our issues! You guys helped me program the robot to be fully functional during my first year as a programmer.

I'd like to give a shout out to team 358. You guys are the bomb! I loved all the helpful examples on your site and Mr. Mark McLeod for answering so many of my questions with programming.

Shout out to our mentors, Mr. Level and Mr. Rodriguez for always being there for us! We wouldn't have been able to make it anywhere without you guys!

Shout outs to everyone else on Chief Delphi for always being ready to support each other. You guys are the reason why FIRST is so great!

Build Season is officially over and I hope all of you enjoyed it as much as our team did! We are looking forward to seeing many of you in competition!

Re: Shout out to Everybody!!!

Perhaps a bit behind the curve on this, but the same from 3946 (in our fourth year)! With a software upgrade, we feel we could be seriously competitive at our week 4 event. That said, we do anticipate replacing some flaky sensors at Bayou, and even adding a mechanical solution (5 minute install with hands, not even hand tools) to improve our strafe. (We bagged Saturday, not today.) Build season has been a 6-week long gray blur, so I don't recall which ideas were local and which were CD-inspired. I feel like we've given a bit more than we've gotten, but I have no plans to back off next year!

To all teams: May the odds be always in your favor!

Re: Shout out to Everybody!!!

We had the calmest, happiest bag day ever - and a fully functional (except for autonomous) bot in the bag at 7:22 pm, with a week or so of driver practice under their belts! Very excited to be going to our first mainland regional in 2 weeks!
