CyberHawks 706: 2015 Robot Release - Fuchsia Inferno

Hey All! We are really excited to show you our 2015 Recycle Rush robot, Fuchsia Inferno!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0FEVn4QCnWk

Our bot consists of a 6-wheel Slide Drive chassis, a front elevator with 6 tote stacking ability from the landfill, and a pneumatic claw specifically designed to pick up knocked over containers that can cap a 6 tote stack.

We will be competing at the Wisconsin and Queen City Regionals. Hope to see you there!

I really like this robot, the elevator is very smooth and just professional looking over all. It makes making a stack of 6 from the landfill look easy, and the seemingly simple solution for the can works exceptionally. I'm a huge fan of this bot, great job!

Noah you are the design team leader not electrical. Is there a "I do everything" option for what role you are on.

OK...so who came up with the robot name? I must admit...when I first heard it I thought it was kind of weak. But when you see the glowing electronics core, the name is so phenomenally fitting it is crazy. It is now officially my favorite robot name of all time!
