The NI License Manager should be able to show you the last serial number you gave it even if the license has expired.
Start -> All Programs -> National Instruments -> NI License Manager Double-click any product name. The serial number field should be pre-populated. Or, if you have LabVIEW running anywhere, you can see the serial number by choosing About LabVIEW... from the Help menu.
