Welp.

Being a team from Texas going to a Texas regional I never really thought about the need for a snow plan.

DISD has been shut down for 2 days and I don't think it's looking good for having access to our build space or robot tomorrow. This might get interesting.

Any other Dallas teams worried about freeing their robots from lock-up?

Not here, but it seems like road conditions will prevent us from attending. We're working on transferring to Hub City instead.

Wow, hope everyone makes it safely to the event!

The 1st time we did a Texas event in 2012, it took us 36 hours to get there as flights were cancelled, diverted to another landing area (pilot said he saw tornadoes up ahead ), and members of our group were split up because alternate flights didnt have enough seats for our entire team.

To start, I've been to TBA, NASA and WatchFirstNow, and the FIRST web site for Webcast. Does anyone have information about a Webcast, that may not have made it to those sites?

In the past dallasfirstvideo has done a stream. I'm sure they will this year too. But I don't know anything concrete.

Dallas has always done its webcast on livestream and its usually high quality. I have not seen a link or site posted yet.

If someone at the event can find the stream and get it on TBA that would be awesome. I'm pretty sure practice day would even have a pretty big viewership if they can stream it.

From what I have been told by someone at the event, they are deciding if they are going to stream today and if they decide to stream they will post the link.
