We're planning on using quick-clamps to just clamp the controls down to the diamond plate shelf.
It was terrible reffing when a tear-filled driver came up complaining about this, but there is really nothing that can be done. Everyone should think of some way to attach to the shelf.

Has anyone brought this to FIRST's attention yet... or are they not changing ANY rules this year after the competitions begin?
