Lightbulb Twisting the Pool Noodles

So I was wondering if we can twist the pool noodles into a loose knot so that the HP can throw them like a frisbee, which will cut down on the random element that comes with throwing them like a javelin.

The only potential violation that I could see was G16, which included tying under the list of prohibited interactions with field elements. However, the way that the associated violation was phrased seemed to indicate that this was limited to the way that the robot interacts with the field elements, not how the HP interacts.

Quote:
VIOLATION: FOUL. If the Head REFEREE determines that further damage is likely to occur, offending ROBOT will be DISABLED.
Corrective action (such as eliminating sharp edges, removing the damaging MECHANISM, and/or re-Inspection) may be
required before the ROBOT will be allowed to compete in subsequent MATCHES.

Re: Twisting the Pool Noodles

G16 H which prohibits tying game pieces, is under "General Rules", so it seems to me that it applies to human players as well as robots.

It actually specifically mentions humans in the blue box under G16

Examples of prohibited interaction with FIELD elements include:
A. use of hook-and-loop fastener to attach a ROBOT to the carpet
B. humans or ROBOTS tying or weaving LITTER into a knot
C. a strategy involving the removal of cable ties from TOTES or RECYCLING CONTAINERS
