Initial date/time when roboRIO is booted seems to be 2/17/1970, 12:40am.

When the Driver Station connects, the time on the roboRIO will get sync'ed to the DS.
So timestamps may vary accordingly if time is taken before/after the DS connection is established or files are written/created before/after the DS connects after a roboRIO boot
