Great idea !

I think more teams should investigate a tote funnel to avoid chute problems.
Once the tote comes out wrong, it really slows down the stacking process dramatically.

This is our low-tech solution that allows our HP to build two-tote stack while our robot carries the previous stack to the scoring platform.

The other lesson learned at GTRC was that the chute on the competition field (built with lexan) is smoother than the wooden version on the practice field. So, the totes come out faster and we needed to compensate for that.

And best of all, it's part of the KOP and doesn't count against the cost on the BOM!
