That's not quite right. For example, in the "37" column you have the 4th rank team getting 20 points, when in reality they got 19 points.

I've added the script I've been using (which, as far as I can tell, has been consistent with the official rankings) to your spreadsheet. You can find it under Tools->Script Editor. I'm put my values on another page in your spreadsheet.

If you want to use the script just type "=points(N, R)" where N is the number of teams and R is the rank.
