Interesting design fact: The can grabber was also designed with the ability to hold totes as an added bonus... so, if we really need to perform the co-op function for our alliance (ie; 2 better stackers) it is possible we could still perform a co-op stack. Although it probably wouldn't be pretty.

It's spelled gallivanting. And BBQ is better than corn dogs. You can quote me on that.

Actually his parts (co-op mechanism) are coming off the robot...so we can focus entirely on scoring stacks.
Yup, I effectively did nothing this year. At least I don't have to fix anything.

The same way 1114 does.

Re: #FRCTop10

No CVR footage including F-1 where the last can just falls off of a 6 stack when the score is 200. I saw this reply on YouTube:

Unfortunately we would LOVE to have something from every event each week, however no one sent us videos of matches or plays from many events including CVR. We did try our best (email, twitter, chiefdelphi) to reach out to teams competing for videos. CVR did have a video on youtube of the entire event which was cut to 4 hours but wouldn't play nor download due to length and the type of file it was uploaded with through lifestream. :/

I'm one of the mentors that handles webcasts. 1678 ran the webcast (and will at Sac as well--we may be doing SVR.) I was able to pull up our stream on YouTube for day 2 (which looked to be 9 hours) and scroll quite easily to the finals to show someone else at work on Monday. I also didn't hear of anyone contacting us about getting specific footage for the event. All of our webcast crew are on CD. You might try going into the specific regional and asking. On the west coast, there are only a few specific contact points to get webcast footage (e.g. the 1318 consortium in the PNW).

Maybe it was connection problem our end with the video not loading, we did try with 4 different laptops in our office. I am sorry and honestly really wanted to see footage from this match as I enjoy watching many teams from the West Coast every year. Please don't be mad with us lol as this is still our first year and trying to get the word out is very tough. As well as the students, mentors, and teams remembering during and after events as well. Arkansas however had a twitter account that was very interactive with ours and helping us spread the word at their regional. If you could get us footage emailed to us directly for any other events your team is at this year that would be great as well as help spread the word and get us in contact with other teams you know who stream and record events in the future. Once again we apologize and thank you.
