Re: Bayou Regional 2015

1912 would like to thank Teams 34 and 2080 for inviting us to join their alliance. It was an amazing run to the semifinals, and we found the best ways to leverage our strengths. We couldn't quite make that final stack of 6, but every robot was playing at its best throughout elims. Go Fiery Tornado Rockets!
To both alliances who advanced to the finals, we were happy to cheer you on, 2 absolutely thrilling matches with not much to separate the winners from the finalists. Good luck at Worlds, especially to our hometown neighbors 3946!
HUGE congratulations to Team 3337 for their RCA win!! You definitely deserved it, wonderfully produced video. Your team has done so much in the region, it's hard to believe this is only your first RCA. I can't wait to see your team build on this win in the coming years.
Also, congrats to the 2 Dean's List Finalists, Danielle Massey (3337 - this really is an exceptional role-model team) and Ben Rowley, who extends 1912's DL streak at the Bayou Regional to 7 finalists. Best of luck as you progress to CMP!
On more of a personal note, thank you to the Bayou Regional Planning Committee, BLaST and the wonderful volunteers (among whom were this year's Volunteer of the Year Daniel Eiland from 3337 and Woodie Flowers Finalist Chuck Dickerson from 456) for making this event possible. I can't imagine my FRC experience without Bayou. I've learned so much about teamwork, resilience, and Gracious Professionalism, and I'll always treasure the unforgettable memories from the past 4 years. I'm really going to miss this regional next year - but I will hopefully be coming back as a volunteer. Team members come and go, but Bayou never disappoints and always amazes.
