From what I have seen, Q&A will not rule on a specific part. What pressure is the rated flow at? If 30 l/m at 150 psi then it would be substantially higher at 0 psi gage. Since the rule does not specify a pressure, the air compressor, the 0 psig flow rate is the one you have to go by.

If there is only one flow rate listed in the "specifications", then it is going to be the maximum flow rate, ie at the minimum pressure.
Viair sells other compressors that meet the 1.05 rule, and will provide higher flow than the little KOP compressor at higher pressures. They cost more than forty bucks. |
