Jaguar(s) Acting Odd

We have been practicing with our robot and towards the end of the day today one of the Jaguars we were using became unresponsive. The Jaguar controls our elevator motor with a joystick and when we moved it in any direction (positive or negative) the jaguar light would go from solid yellow to solid red.

We didn't change any code and it just stopped working. Because of this we first went and replace the PWM wire hoping it might be an easy fix but it ended up not working. The next step we took was to switch out the Jaguar that wasn't working. When we did this the problem we had transferred over to the jaguar we replaced the "bad" one with.

I am now thinking it might have to do with the PWM still but does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
