2015 Wild Cards

I've done my search and I can't seem to find a list of teams that qualified for Championships based on Wild Card, or what possible Wild Cards are out there for the Remaining Competitions
I know all the info is out there, I just don't have the time

to gather, compile and validate all the data in the time remaining in the season
