HeatWave - Scouting with Palm and Pocket PC

Team HeatWave is announcing the second release of our Strategy/Scouting application. The application runs on both Palm OS and Pocket PC handhelds, and features bi-directional synchronization with a computer. This feature is currently only supported for Palm OS, but a complete desktop solution is in progress that will feature Pocket PC synchronization abilities, and web synchronization abilities. Though it is the second year we've shared our software, this is our first implementation of this scale. We believe that by porting the data to handhelds, the information becomes phenomenally more useful to the people who need it on the fly, and incredibly easy for the people scouting to collect data quickly and accurately from many teams. If you like the database, but don't have any form of handheld computer, don't worry. A preliminary version of the desktop database software will be release in the next week or so.
