Although they have qualified in 3 ways (HOF, won champs, won CVR) so if you're counting that, you'd be correct (but then some other teams should also be on multiple times).


For anyone competing at SVR or San Diego, I believe this is the complete list of teams qualified:

SVR: 8 teams (254 (HOF, champs, CVR), 368 (Hawaii), 604 (CVR Chairman's), 1678 (CVR, Sacramento), 1700 (AZ East EI), 1868 (Alamo Chairman's), 2085 (Sacramento wildcard), and 3880 (Hawaii).

San Diego: 4 teams (399 (Ventura Chairman's), 1538 (HOF), 1572 (Inland Empire), and 3476 (Inland Empire EI))
