[TBA]: NE District Champ including non attending teams?

It appears that the way TBA gets the teams for the District Championship is using an incorrect list.

Because they have 190 listed as a team attending the DC but on the FIRST official one they are not on the list?

Does anyone know why?

If a team gets added to the FIRST team list and then gets removed, it stays in our database. I'll manually get rid of it.
