With 548 the only one in alliance captain position, and only 1023 and 33 ranked in the top 15. Either we will see a big turnaround from a lot of these teams, or MSC is so crazy competitive I can't predict a thing.

Aren't 1023 and 33 in captain positions too because of the 16-alliance elims?
