Team Lambot, 3478, won EI at the 2013 Alamo Regional and won the 2013 Championship Engineering Inspiration Award. All in their third year as a team.

Although it wasn't their second year as a team, I think it's still impressive to win it in their third season both at the regional and championship level. Not sure how common that is.
