Of all the matches I've seen of them I don't think so, but the reason they couldn't at North star(Or at least in eliminations) is because 2826 takes possession of 3 RC's after their auto(Which they use later on). 3130 was forced to grab 2 RC's off the STEP with their can grabber(Which seems to be limited from only getting 2 center cans of the STEP because of their can grabber design) and then they create 2 capped 6 stacks.

I would certainly expect 3130 at champs to be capable of doing 3 capped 6 stacks though even if they haven't done it already. They have had a solid year!
