I haven't seen one destroyed this year.
I've heard of one being taken away and never heard of again at GTCR when a cleaner mistook it for one of their cans (their's were blue).

I mean... no joke but we thought about throwing them... we thought it would have been appropriate for us given our robot from last year:

And yes, the code does exist to throw them... though it has been safely hidden away.

Citrus Circuits has already proven they can bust an RC lid. So, with that in mind, 600 teams, 8 divisions..... I'm guessing we will see 24 RC's sent to an early retirement.

I thinking with newly minted and untested canburgulars on many machines, the potential for can (and robot) carnage is definitely elevated.

Poor cans are pretty beat up already. I'm guessing in the 10s max.

Noodles, about 30 per division (I saw about 20 dead noodles/regional max). Especially mechanum-heavy divisions.

5 or less. You might pop the top off but that's just 2 zip ties to replace. I have not heard of an actual failure of the cans at all.
