[GameSense] Meetup at CMP and T-Shirt Challenge!

To the good people of FIRST, we want to meet you! In real life even!

Part of what makes GameSense so much fun to do is to hear from the people who watch the show. Over the past two seasons, we’ve had a ton of you come up to us at events we have been competing and volunteering at to talk GameSense and robots. Since we’ll be at the biggest gathering of “FRIST Fandom” of the year, we figured we should do something more official!

Meet us at the courtyard between the pits and the main entrance to the convention center from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM on Friday at the Championship (rain location just outside the courtyard lobby). If you’ve been there before, it’s the open air space with the picknick tables and huge FIRST banner (see the map below)

All five of us will be there to talk robots, hear your feedback about the show, and to get a better idea of who exactly watches the show each week of the season. This may also be a great chance for you to:

• Meet other FIRST fanatics and strategy gurus
• Determine that we do in fact have lower bodies
• Win a free t-shirt!

We also want you guys to find us the rest of the weekend. We will each have our own GameSense business card. If you show up to the meetup with one card from each of the five members of GameSense, you get a t-shirt. How easy could it be! Please, do not ask for our card until after pits open on Thursday to make it fair to teams that are arriving late. And if you've got a card for us, we would love to get one from you as well!

We can’t wait for the Championship, and we really hope to get to know a lot of you!
