Meeting during off season

I was just wondering how often teams usually meet during the off season. Outside of doing any special project.

Team 1257 meets for two to three hours twice a week during the offseason. It's enough time to get a lot done but not be overworked or induce burnout.

In the past 3467 has met once to twice a week for 3 hours, but I hope to increase the time we meet to help teach new members, so come build season they are more prepared then in previous years. Possibly 3 days per week for 3-4 hours and 4 hours on Saturday or Sunday.
