Go to Post Building a robot to survive 2 districts, a Regional, a Region Championship, and World Championships (plus 4 - soon to be 5 - off season events) is a challenge in itself. - Jared Russell [more]

Re: LA Solidworks Workshop

For the record, you're in L.A., not LA.

I would suggest adding more workshops to the mix.
The workshop is running simultaneously with our Summer Camp (more info here for those interested), it started as a team member's parent offering to teach team members about CAD; we thought that we'd open it up to other teams in the area. We can look into adding more workshops, but this is the only one that's mostly set in stone for the time being.

Sorry about the mix-up, I've fixed the thread title.

Re: LA Solidworks Workshop

Is the Solidworks class still a possibility? I'd be interested. I'm the lead mentor for team Knightrise 5678. If it's for students only, my son is also a team member and interested in coming. I have to pass the word to see if other team members have an interest, but first is the class being offered?

Thanks
