Very excited to be invited to IRI! Disappointed to see 4655 and 2194 not be invited. Two great teams who have a lot of potential.

Six MAR teams are invited (225, 316, 1218, 1640, 1923, 2590). These teams all have incredible robots; our region is well represented

Yeah but 45 isn't on the list. Are they no longer involved? At first I assumed none of the hosts were there, but 234 and 1024 are.

They opted out of competing this year to focus on volunteering.

A big congratulations to teams 125 and 195 on their invitations. They've both performed excellently all year and it's good to see it all pay off. Go get em' guys!

Only a few applied. It's a pretty long trek to Indiana from the eastern shores.

Congrats to the invited teams!

It will be interesting to see how teams manage 3 HP robot alliances. A number of top teams require a stationary mechanism (1325,148,1023...) at the HP station. Keeping the flow going could be very rewarding.

A couple of our members will probably be spectating again this year. We had a great time last year.

With the TechnoKats' mediocre* robot performance this season, we decided not to apply. We didn't want the selection committee to have to pass us over. :-)

* Precisely middle-of-the-road -- we were ranked 50th in Galileo.

It's awesome that 1657 is invited. They missed out on champs this year and they certainly deserve to attend IRI based of their cool robot design.
