I feel your pain...our STEM program here at Mt. Olive is exploding but we are having such a hard time locating quality people for robotics & engineering courses. I wish I could help you out....but we're in the same boat!

We really need to improve college programs in the area or all of the MAR teams are going to be in trouble in the next 10 years.
