Re: Team 1058 Season Recap 2015

1058 is a great team who always builds robots that are "outside the box", yet they generally understand the limitations of their robots exceptionally well. I've had the opportunity to work with them quite a few times throughout my FIRST career and they're always gracious professionals through and through.

My only complaint is that for a team named the "PVC Pirates", there isn't always a lot of PVC on your robots!
Congrats on a great season, guys, and continue to impress in 2016.

Thanks for the kind words Kevin, wish we could work with Team 20 more often. Now that I'm going to NY for college I'll hopefully get to work with you!

For those that don't know, our PVC criteria is to have at least one piece on the robot in one way or another. Some years it's an integral part (2005,2007,2008,2014) some years it makes up the entire upper structure (2003,2004,2009,2010) and some years it's a minor part that performs small tasks (2006,2011,2012,2013,2015). We didn't get any PVC on the robot this year until our major redesign during week 6 of build season.

Re: Team 1058 Season Recap 2015

Great machine this year! The quality on this year's robot far surpassed what you guys have built previously. Can't wait to see what the Pirates come up with next year!
