Great idea. I wish you success and would like to hear how this turns out.
There is a Girls-in-gear Girl Scout program which may provide a good model. Also Girls Exploring Tomorrow's Technology (GETT). I think this is mostly a local (for us) organization/event. https://www.facebook.com/gettpa
