I noticed that you currently lower and raise the lifter one more time per stack than is actually necessary.

Is it possible to eject a stack without lowering the lifter back to ground level?

If so, you could save some time in between stacks by leaving the lifter at the height of the second tote.

The only way I could think to make your robot better would be to make the motors on the elevator larger (or do as the above post says and go down less), and even then you're already so good it would be unfair to do that.
