Might be a good time to play around with the forum search (in the orange bar at the top of the page, where it says "search"). This was just being addressed in
http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...137355&page=15--which happens to be the thread next to this one on the portal.
Long story short: They're still working on the dates. Rumor is Week 6, maybe week 5.5 or 6.5--but that's "under discussion". So, I suspect they put that as a placeholder to allow teams to register for the event (while they work on the exact dates).
