Answers from The Meeting Company
I asked and received the following from The Meeting Company as per First Insructions. I haven't seen any posts on this, so I thought I would pass this along.
The shuttles will run throughout the day with limited runs during the non-peak hours. There will be a "FIRST courtyard" area that will be set-up, I do not believe it has picnic tables though. Reliant Park and Six Flags share a common parking lot shuttle busses will run throughout the evening to and from 6 flags and the hotels concessions be open in the park for Friday night food, and Saturday night food will be part of the package for the team party I hope this helps |
