Registration for in-district events doesn't close until Monday November 23rd, but what you might be more concerned about is when teams can register for a 2nd district event, which is Thursday October 8th, as well as when district teams can register for any remaining open districts, which is Thursday November 5th. You might want to pressure your mentors to register for at least your first district before then, to ensure that there is still space available at your first competition choice.
