[FTC]: Matrix 12v battery suppliers? Charger?

Has anyone found a source of 'spare' Matrix 12v batteries?

Also, the part number for the charger in the new competition kit is the same as that in our 9.6v-based kit. Can I assume the charger will do both 9.6v and 12v batteries?
