How does one import code from the computer to the phone?

Every time I try to download code from the computer (Android Studio) to the ZTE phone, a warning message comes up. It states that to run the android studio application, you must delete the app on the phone. I additionally posted a picture of the error message in the attachments. Does this mean I have to delete the Robot controller app from the phone? What do I need to do to resolve the error message? I'm really confused and would appreciate any assistance.

Yes you would have to uninstall the app that you are trying to deploy
