C++ Toolchain not installing

Hey guys, I'm the lead programmer for team 4643. We are attempting to switch from labview to C++ this next season. I have been trying to install the C++ toolchain on my mac and I keep getting an error while installing. It happens right after "Writing files" and slightly into "validating files". I just thought this would be a good place to ask. Thanks !

Re: C++ Toolchain not installing

El Capitan is not supported with 2015 tools. Beta teams have an updated version that works with El Capitan. If you have Yosemite or earlier, please use that if possible.

Alternatively you can disable System Integrity Protection and it should install just fine.
