2015 FMS Off-Season - Import a schedule?

We're getting ready to co-host our first off-season event. We plan to use the 2015 "FMS Off-Season". We were considering adjust the schedule to give the most amount of playing time to our visiting teams in the short day, even if it means fewer plays for the hosts (by eliminating surrogate matches). I was reading through the users guide tonight though, and under Section 5.6.7 "Using an alternative Algorithm to create Alliances" there's a highlighted note saying

"Please note that importing a schedule is not current available."

Does anyone know if this is still the case, and if so, is there any other way to create a truncated schedule for some teams?
