What if we went back to Epcot...

If they ever branched back to Epcot for a championship, or semi-championship.

Or more over, if they have a three tiered system in place.
You would win a district/regional, or win an award that qualified you to go, or lottery. Then you wouldn't go straight to Championships, but something like a middle road that weaves out more teams. Then a few teams go on to compete in championships. This idea will weave out the team that weren't the best, and still give you more play time. This also stops the 2 world champs ideas, because this will condense the teams going. If this was to be a thing, there would be about 3 "semichamp" regionals. One would be great for epcot. Then the last would be Saint Louis, or wherever champs would be.

Thought?
