Do you see the ZTE in the Windows File Explorer?

When "Media Device(MTP)" is selected, our phone shows up as "9130". When "install driver" is selected, and I skip the driver install, I see two (2) items:

"Removable Disk (G: )"
"Removable Disk (K: )"
