The site looks fine to me... I can see it in every browser on this machine (total of 8; 3 which are text-based). That's something that cannot be said about all those fancy flash-based sites. The site may not be the most beautiful site ever...but hey, aesthetics isn't everything. (I mean, it's no http://www.seizurerobots.com/ ) There seems to be much useful and informative content. The links within the paragraph remind me of Slashdot...but that's not a bad thing. I'm also not seeing many grammarical errors (but I'm no English teacher)...that's more that can be said for many other sites. It's quick, informative, and decent-looking.
Hey...it beats the pants off my teams site ( www.team84.org ... we didn't even get to update it this year ...we can't even correct 'Calender' *sigh*) It seems that many web designers put way too much effort into their visual effects rather than content.
