Console Doesn't Open When Uploading To Roborio

I've successfully uploaded code to our roborio before on the computer I'm currently using. Other computers can boot just fine (specifically Windows 7 Dell laptops and Mac laptops). I'm using eclipse Mars on a Windows 8 laptop, programming in java. When I try to upload now, however, no console opens up, and there is no error message. Not sure what to do.

Try using Eclipse Luna instead of Mars. I had a similar issue solved by switching to Luna.
