Thanks for the offer. We were able to find a 3D printer at one of our high schools and they managed to print it today. The micro and mini usb stress reliefs work. There seems to be an issue with the one for the core power distribution module. We took the file from this location:
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1096699
and it seems to be off. The first usb ports are fine but after that they seem to misaligned and so are a bit short than the original power module length. can you please let us know if this .stl file needs to be scaled or if we need to download a different one. if you have a different one can you please provide the link
