Are you planning to use the AndyMark churro tubes for shafts? They'll probably work fine as pivoting shafts like you're using them there, but not so much if you try to transfer torque through them. They make for a good lightweight, inexpensive shaft material, so it will be good to see if they hold up.

We may end up using the Churro on the front supporting axle, just to test exactly that.
