This table shows the differences between the two as of last year, It could be different this year, but probably not a whole lot. And that means you will get a charger, but it would make sense to get a least a second one. At competitions you'll want to be charging all your batteries basically all the time, since it is good practice to swap batteries between matches, and unless you have like 10 or more new batteries, that means charging them throughout the day.
