Some songs for First Parodies

Hello...

I'm a mentor for team 1610. I came up with some parody songs and rewrote the lyrics for them. I'm gonna post them here so that if someone wants to do one, but doesn't have an idea they can use one of them. There are several songs from music from the past 60 years. I'll list them here and post them with the lyrics as i can. In no particular order.

1. "You got a Friend in Me" from Toy Story written by Randy Newman
which i'm calling " I Like FRC"
2. " The Battle of New Orleans" by Johnny Horton. This is a really old one.
"I'm calling this one "The Ballad of 1610" because part of it is true.
3. " Piano Man" by Billy Joel which i'm calling it " Coding Man"
4 " Beat It" from Michael Jackson which i'm calling " Cad It"
5." Cleveland Rocks" originally written by Ian Hunter...I'm calling this one
Robotics Rocks"
6. " Favorite Things" from The Sound of Music. written by Rogers and Hammerstein which i call " Favorite First Things "
7. " When I'm 64 " from the Beetles which i'm calling " We're Firsters to the Core"

and lastly...
8. "Lifes Been Good to Me So Far" by Joe Walsh which i call " Firsts Been Good to Me So Far"

I might do one more but i'm not sure yet.
