Very simply, the FRCLinks method of getting the team lists goes to the older version of the site. The older version and the newer version are not always in sync. So, we've had some picks that are rejected because they aren't on the newer version.


Until further notice (or FRCLinks updates their links to the new pages), we will be using the NEW page for event team lists. If someone claims a team using the OLD list (and the team isn't shown on the NEW list), we will consider that an invalid claim until the NEW list is updated. I also cross-checked both lists, 329 is the only difference between the old domain and the FIRSTinspires lists.

They are not showing up on either 329's FIRSTinspires personal team page or the Utah Event page, perhaps they pulled from the old list?

They are a significant enough team to have potentially changed the outcome of the draft.

Alright, this draft got out of hand.

First off, Ed, I appreciate the time you took to run the draft, but we established a set of standards to use the lists that are located at firstinspires. It's inconvenienced everyone in the league. In the face of an established standard, I'm not sure why you would list 329, and then continue the draft with them.

Furthermore, it's been made apparent that many teams were either given randoms before their time slot or lists were completely ignored and given randoms. I'm not sure I follow the logic behind this, but it's nonsensical.

RFA requests a redraft with the correct lists and the proper drafting procedure.
