Does anyone know if we receive a RoboRio in the 2016 Kit of Parts this year?

As I understand it, since the introduction of the cRIO, 2015 was the only year for which veterans got a control brain in the KoP, and that was because the previous control system was no longer legal to use. We aren't expecting any major control system components this year except the radio; there will also be a few motor controllers and perhaps a few other odds and ends. The 2016 radio is open source and teams can update the firmware, so I expect that this is the last year veterans will receive a radio in the KoP for a while.

I believe we may have also gotten the half slot cRIO in 2011, but my memories of kickoff that year are a bit fuzzy. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

2011 was still an 8-slot year. That was my rookie season. 2012 was the 4-slot which everyone got.

According to the 2011 KoP manifest, the cRIO was only included in the rookie kit.

Added: The 4-slot cRIO was only in the rookie kit within the 2012 KoP as well. 2012 was my team's rookie year, so I can't speak from direct experience any earlier.

The only year we got a kit cRIO was the 2009 introduction. We only got the other two we have from buying one and getting another from a team that folded.
