Java programming Talon SRX with CAN
Hi All:
I'm a build mentor trying to help my team test a CAN bus setup with the new Talon SRX, using Java. The 2015 WPILIB creates and uses a jaguar object. https://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s...ed-controllers Can I use the jaguar object code for the Talon or is there an update that shows how to create a Talon object? Also, if there is a better coding reference available, please share. Dave |

Re: Java programming Talon SRX with CAN
Hi Dave,
The "CANTalon" class is what you are looking for. The best place to look is the Talon SRX software reference manual. It's written for FRC teams and has lots of examples in all three FRC languages... http://www.ctr-electronics.com/contr...ical_resources |
