Hey, guys! FIRST posted their Administrative Manual. Finally! Reply some comments, changes, and changes from last year. It is my second year and I am still getting to know things. I kind of will need to know now since I became that captain of my team. Alongside, please give me some feedback on how I should run and handle things. Thank you!

FIRST has asked us not to re-host their content. See the fourth section of this page:

Also, there is already a thread on the admin manual with some discussion of the changes from last year; the biggest seems to be that some events will allow pit construction during load-in times.
