From section 3.1.3, you can only receive points for 1 REACHING or CROSSING.
Whether or not you can receive both REACHING and CROSSING is not specifically stated that I have read. Every time REACHING and CROSSING are mentioned, though, there is an "or", so it is possible there are only points received for one of the actions. Definitely a Q&A question. |
